Our clients are German companies and foundations with affiliates anywhere in the United States, Germans living or investing in the United States and Americans living or investing in Germany. We are ready to audit, prepare tax returns, structure a business, represent our clients in tax audits, negotiate tax agreements, and have been successful in doing so.  

We work with our clients´ advisors in Germany and in the U.S. to optimize the business performance across international borders, but we do not compete. We do not compete with the large, international accountancy firms such as the "Big Four", and they cannot compete with us, since we are serving a different clientele. Moreover, we do not compete with German speaking U.S. tax advisors who do not hold a professional license in Germany, since we are called, when the situation requires a look beyond the immediate issues in the U.S., when there is a need to see the world through our clients´ eyes. We take pride in consistently applying a comprehensive approach to our clients´ business.

Some of our experienced team members have decided to telecommute and to cooperate within the team over the web from their home office in various time zones in the U.S. and in Europe. We adopted SaaS (Software as a Service), use our extensive professional libraries on the net, and work among each other and with our clients using WebEx meeting. Videophones are our standard communication tools, within the physical and the virtual office. For all of us this is an exciting development on the way to new professional horizons.
